A core member of the Insight Platforms team, she consults with marketing and research teams to build skills and develop consumer-centric strategies.

Laura Pulito

VP Research Services at Recollective, Laura has over a decade’s experience on both the client and supplier side of market research.
She specialises in digital research methods such as co-creation and communities, and helps clients adapt their research frameworks for online environments.

Mike Stevens

Founder of Insight Platforms and consultancy What Next Strategy & Planning, Mike is a leading advisor and publisher at the intersection of technology, research and analytics.
With over 20 years’ experience in agencies, software and consulting firms, he helps in-house teams, software firms and research agencies to build skills and manage change.

Tom Woodnutt

Tom is the founder of Feeling Mutual, an award-winning insight & strategy collective.
A leading expert in online qualitative research, he has led countless studies for global brands and is a digital skills tutor for the Association of Qualitative Research (AQR).
He works with brands including Sony, UEFA, BBC, AMV BBDO and VCCP.

Pam Hamilton

Collaboration expert, business leader and author of Supercharged Teams and The Workshop Book, Pam has 20 years experience in innovation and consumer insights.
She delivers practical learning, case studies and examples in a positive and energetic style.
Pam is the founder of Paraffin, a co-creation and capabilities consultancy.

Dan Young

Dan is a market research and customer insight expert. His independent consultancy SHED helps organisations make more of their existing research.
Dan previously worked as Head of Insight for UK insurance firm Legal & General and as a Research Manager with Ipsos MORI.
